The small Becker muscular dystrophy trial delivered a follistatin gene using a vector. It is not evidence for injecting a marketed follistatin protein preparation.
Resolve the identity
Specify isoform, precursor versus mature protein, and delivery method. “Follistatin 344” may describe an expression construct rather than the final circulating protein.
